High Protein Brownie Baked Oats


This chocolatey, gooey baked oats recipe is high in protein and perfect for a delicious breakfast.

Ingredients:

Oats-
40g oats
30g Succeed Dynamic Chocolate Protein
1/2 tsp baking powder
80g banana
130ml plant based milk
1 tsp cacao powder

Filling -
Chocolate pot

Toppings -
Oatein Double Choc Chip Protein Brownie

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180c.
2. Blitz all the ingredients for the oat mixture together in a blender.
3. Pour half the mixture into a greased oven proof dish. Spoon the chocolate pot into the middle of your dish and cover with the remaining oat mixture. Cover with Oatein Brownie pieces and bake for 10 minutes.
