Celebrate Pancake Day with this yummy protein pancake stack, topped with a white chocolate brownie, cream, strawberries and chocolate spread!
INGREDIENTS:
45g Almond Flour (you can use any flour)
30g Oatein Succeed Chocolate Diet Protein
1 tsp baking powder
Lashings of almond milk
TOPPINGS:
Drizzle of cream
White chocolate Oatein brownie!
Diced fresh strawberries
Drizzle of chocolate spread
METHOD:
Whisk up the pancake batter ingredients together in a long glass or bowl. Or blitz in a blender until thick and smooth!
Heat a small non-stick frying pan on a low/medium heat with 1tsp of coconut oil.
Place 1 large tbsp of the mixture into the middle of the pan and cook for 2/3 mins until it starts to bubble. Flip over and cook for a further 2 mins. Repeat until you have used all the mixture. Then top with all your luscious goodies.
